The function of rated static load
Used to verify the bearing capacity in a static state and avoid permanent deformation of the guide rail due to long-term static compression.
For example, when a vertically installed guide rail carries heavy objects and stops the machine, it is necessary to ensure that the actual load is ≤ the rated static load to prevent deformation of the contact point between the slider and the guide rail, which may affect the subsequent motion accuracy.
The function of rated dynamic load
It is the core parameter for calculating the rated life, which directly determines the service life of the guide rail in continuous motion scenarios.
For example, the guide rail of a high-speed sorting machine needs to be calculated based on the ratio of the actual operating load to the rated dynamic load to determine whether it can meet the long-term continuous operation life requirements of the equipment (such as 5 years or 10000 hours).
